Products
- 500 g of chicken liver;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- spices to taste.
For the filling
- 2 melted cheese;
- carrot;
- onion;
- 250 g of champignons;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking
- Add milk, eggs, flour, spices to the liver and beat with a blender until smooth.
- Add vegetable oil to the dough. Mix.
- Fry on both sides liver pancakes in a pan.
- Peel the mushrooms and onions, cut into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the vegetables.
- Cool and add grated melted cheese, and then mayonnaise.
- Form the cake, laying the filling on the liver pancakes.
- Lubricate the upper pancake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a boiled egg grated. Add herbs and mushrooms.
