“I am sharing with you the secret of the perfect hepatic cake. For preparation, I only take the chicken liver,” the blogger said.

Products

  • 500 g of chicken liver;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • spices to taste.

For the filling

  • 2 melted cheese;
  • carrot;
  • onion;
  • 250 g of champignons;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking

  1. Add milk, eggs, flour, spices to the liver and beat with a blender until smooth.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the dough. Mix.
  3. Fry on both sides liver pancakes in a pan.
  4. Peel the mushrooms and onions, cut into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the vegetables.
  5. Cool and add grated melted cheese, and then mayonnaise.
  6. Form the cake, laying the filling on the liver pancakes.
  7. Lubricate the upper pancake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a boiled egg grated. Add herbs and mushrooms.
