The Krasnoyarsk Territory was at the bottom of the rating for housing commissioning

The Krasnoyarsk Territory took 66th place in the ranking of Russian regions in terms of the volume of housing commissioned per capita based on the results of 2025. The study was conducted by RIA Novosti.

There were 0.496 square meters of new housing per resident of the region – this is almost four times less than the Russian average. The total volume of completed housing in the region amounted to 1.4 million square meters, which is 5.4% below the 2024 level.
In Russia as a whole, 108.1 million square meters were commissioned over the year, which is 0.4% more than a year earlier. The leader of the rating was the Leningrad region with an indicator of 2.05 square meters per person. More than one meter per capita was also introduced in the Tyumen region, the Altai Republic, Chechnya, the Moscow region, Tuva, Adygea, the Kaliningrad region and the Krasnodar region.
Among the regions with the lowest rates are Magadan, Murmansk regions, Chukotka, Jewish Autonomous Region, Komi, Kamchatka Territory, Kemerovo and Tomsk regions.
