“Catch the wave”: a reckless driver on a tractor caught such a wave that it broke the windows of residents of a flooded city
Residents of the British city of Tenbury Wells barely managed to protect their houses from the flood, but the calm did not last long: a reckless racer on a tractor caught up with such a wave that all the windows and shop windows were broken and the doors were thrown open.
People complained to the police that they managed to avoid being drowned during the flood, but It was the tractor driver who ruined everything. The 57-year-old driver was arrested but later released on bail pending an investigation.
