Swimming champion David Popovici, 21 years old, sent a message today on Romania's National Day. Currently, Popovici is Romania's most valuable athlete.

“Happy birthday, Romania! Proud to represent you!“, wrote Popovici, an athlete registered with CS Dinamo, on social networks.
This year, Popovici won gold in Singapore in the 100m freestyle and 200m freestyle, repeating his performance from the 2022 edition. In addition, in the 100m freestyle he set a European record and a competition record (46.51).
On the Facebook story, Simona Halep, 34 years old, retired from tennis at the beginning of the year, made the traditional wish and put a heart.
