Products
- 70 g corn starch;
- 40 g cocoa;
- 0.5 tsp. vanillin;
- 700 milk;
- 0.5 tsp. vanillin;
- 700 ml milk;
- 150 g sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l. water;
- 25 g butter.
Preparation
- Mix starch, cocoa, vanillin and gradually add a little milk so that there are no lumps.
- Place a container on the stove, add sugar and water.
- When the mixture turns a caramel color, turn off the heat and add the butter.
- Gradually pour milk and cocoa into the container. Stir.
- Turn the heat up and continue cooking for about two minutes, stirring to ensure there are no lumps.
- Transfer the mixture into a mold, cover with cling film and refrigerate for several hours.
- After a while, transfer the cake to a plate and decorate to your liking.
