Products

  • 70 g corn starch;
  • 40 g cocoa;
  • 0.5 tsp. vanillin;
  • 700 milk;
  • 0.5 tsp. vanillin;
  • 700 ml milk;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. water;
  • 25 g butter.

Preparation

  1. Mix starch, cocoa, vanillin and gradually add a little milk so that there are no lumps.
  2. Place a container on the stove, add sugar and water.
  3. When the mixture turns a caramel color, turn off the heat and add the butter.
  4. Gradually pour milk and cocoa into the container. Stir.
  5. Turn the heat up and continue cooking for about two minutes, stirring to ensure there are no lumps.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a mold, cover with cling film and refrigerate for several hours.
  7. After a while, transfer the cake to a plate and decorate to your liking.

This simple recipe can be used during a long power outage due to massive attacks by Russian occupiers on Ukrainian energy facilities.
