In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a resident of Yeniseisk came to a personal reception with the head of the city and attacked him. This was reported by the regional investigative department of the RF IC.
According to investigators, 46-summer the man came to the city administration. At a personal reception with the mayor, he began to express dissatisfaction with the activities of state authorities and local government. After this, the attacker attacked the head of the city and caused him bodily harm.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence dangerous to life or health against a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties). The suspect has been detained and the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
Currently, investigative actions are being carried out in the case aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
