In Krasnoyarsk, a 36-year-old man brutally dealt with his wife’s cat and gave her a pet’s corpse for the New Year. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
The couple broke up in 2024. According to the supervisory authority, the woman, along with the children, moved to her mother on the eve of the New Year holidays, since she could not withstand the asocial lifestyle of her husband. However, in a hurry, she forgot to take her beloved pet with her – a cat Bobtail breed named Tele.
In the morning of the next day, the man woke up and, being in a state of intoxication and anger, decided to throw aggression on the pet. He grabbed the cat and hit his head several times on the floor. After that, he folded the pet’s body in the box and carried the ex -wife.
“This is a gift for you for a new year,” the flayer said.
The prosecutor approved the man accusation of cruelty to the animal who entailed his death (Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the near future, the Soviet district court of the city of Krasnoyarsk will consider the criminal case.
