Arsenal started the better in London and kept Kompany's side in check for 30 minutes. The Gunners missed an important opportunity through Trossard in the 9th minute. Martinelli escaped on the counterattack, Neuer inexplicably came out, the Brazilian dribbled easily and scored the goal that decided the final result. 15 points from 15 and Arsenal remained the only team with consecutive wins in the Champions League following Chivu's defeat in Madrid.
