En+ company received “platinum” in the ranking of the best employers in Russia according to Forbes

Forbes magazine published its annual ranking of the best employers. For the second year in a row, the En+ company falls into the highest group – “platinum”.

205 companies were included in the 2025 rating. In accordance with the methodology, they were divided into groups: “platinum”, “gold”, “silver” and “bronze”. Participants were assessed on a set of indicators grouped into three groups: “Ecology”, “Employees and Society” and “Corporate Governance”. Experts analyzed working conditions, social investments, effective corporate practices and environmental agendas of companies.

Only 30 employers received platinum status, including En+. Compared to last year’s results, the publication rated the results in the “Ecology” group of metrics more highly.
