Novosibirsk microminiaturist Vladimir Aniskin presented a copy of Leonardo da Vinci’s painting “Madonna Litta” measuring 12 and 10 mm, framed in pure gold.

The work required maximum concentration and precision from the artist, especially when reproducing small details of the famous Renaissance painting.

“The experience was so unsuccessful that I had to redraw this drawing three times! In the end, the work was finished and it turned out well,” quotes microminiaturist Om1 Novosibirsk.

According to the master, it became the most difficult work in the practice. It took four months. Particular difficulties, according to Aniskin, were caused by a transparent scarf with a small pattern.
