Feigin was born in 1971 in Kuibyshev (now – Samara). He graduated from the Law Faculty of Samara State University, the Academy of the National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Candidate of Law. In 1994-1995 he was a deputy of the State Duma of the I convocation, in 1997-2007-Vice-mayor of Samara.
In the 1990s he received the status of a lawyer, but began to engage in lawyer practice in the 2000s. Wide fame received as one of the lawyers of the Pussy Riot punk group. After the start of Russian aggression, he defended the interests of several famous citizens of Ukraine, whom the Russian Federation held on its territory or against which criminal cases, including the leader of the Crimean Tatar people of Mustafa Dzhemillev and former pilot Nadezhda Savchenko, in absentia.
In 2018, Feigina in Russia was deprived of the status of a lawyer, in 2022-they were included in the list of “foreigners”, in 2023-they put on the wanted list, in 2024-at first they arrested in absentia in the case of “fakes” about the actions of Russian invaders in Ukraine, and then sentenced to 11 years in the colony.
Now the lawyer lives in France, is engaged in blogging, develops its YouTube channel “Feigin Live”, to which almost 2 million people have been signed.
