The quality of drinking water improved in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

According to recent studies, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory there is an improvement in the quality of drinking water. This was reported in Rospotrebnadzor.

So, if in 2023 Hygienic standards corresponded 85.4 % of water samples from the distribution network of the region, then in 2024 this figure increased to 88.4 %. At the same time, in Krasnoyarsk itself, the share of the corresponding samples amounted to over 98 %.

In Rospotrebnadzor, they said that they are constantly working to achieve high -quality drinking water to all residents of the region: “Including, we are monitoring the work of resource -supplying organizations and local authorities, and if violations are identified, up to the filing of claims to the court. So, in 2024 and the beginning of 2025, 169 claims were filed, the main requirements were to force organizations to carry out work to control and improve water quality, as well as compliance with all sanitary requirements on the sources of water supply. To date, 152 lawsuit are satisfied in our favor, 17 are under consideration. ”
