T2, a Russian mobile operator, analyzed the tourist activity of its clients in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
From May to September 2025, the region was visited by thousands of travelers from all over Russia. The first place in terms of tourist flow is in Divnogorsk, and the leader in growth in popularity is the village of Ovsyanka.
Good coverage of the T2 network in popular tourist destinations made it possible to identify the most popular destinations outside the regional capital. The top 5 included Divnogorsk, both the city itself and the village of Ovsyanka with the Victor Astafiev Memorial Complex, the ancient cities of Minusinsk and Yeniseisk, which attract connoisseurs of history and architecture, the Shushenskoye Museum-Reserve in the village of the same name, and the Ergaki Natural Park. At the same time, the most significant increase in tourist flow was seen in Ovsyanka – +15% compared to the warm season of last year.
Traditionally, residents of Khakassia and the Irkutsk region most often travel around the Krasnoyarsk Territory. They make up approximately half of the total tourist flow. Also this year, many travelers came from Kuzbass, Buryatia, Omsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk regions, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar Territory.
When traveling around the republic, T2 clients actively made calls and used the mobile Internet. This year, the highest voice traffic per subscriber was recorded in Ergaki Park, and the highest Internet traffic was in Divnogorsk and in the Shalabolinskaya Pisanitsa area in the Kuraginsky Municipal District.
To ensure that T2 clients can comfortably visit popular vacation spots, this year the operator installed additional equipment in Divnogorsk, Minusinsk and on the territory of the Shushenskoye museum-reserve. This made it possible to increase the network capacity: now even more local residents and tourists can simultaneously use mobile Internet at high speeds, share their impressions on social networks and use the necessary online services.
At the base stations located in Yeniseisk and Minusinsk, the operator carried out refarming – redistribution of frequencies to increase network capacity. As a result, 4G Internet speed increased by 30%. The improvements are especially noticeable when consuming heavy content: you can broadcast live and share any large files.
