Lumberjack Burgerthe most anticipated seasonal product in McDonald's offer, is back on the chain's menu. This iconic sandwich, available only in the fall and winter, attracts crowds of fans every year who line up to try its different flavors. The offer also includes twisted fries with cream sauce.
The Drwala burger debuted on November 13 in Poznań in a restaurant at ul. Hetmańska, where for a week it was available only locally. From Wednesday, November 19, the classic version of the sandwich appeared in all McDonald's restaurants in Poland. In the coming days, the offer will be expanded to include additional flavors.

The classic version of Drwal is a combination of beef cutlet, breaded cheese cutlet, bacon, roasted onion, lettuce and sauces, enclosed in a roll with cheese and bacon topping. Traditionally, the seasonal offer also includes other flavors, such as Drwal with chicken, cranberry or horseradish.

Lumberjack's Burger Fire Peppers. New at McDonald's
New on this year's menu is Lumberjack's Burger Fire Pepperswhich is considered the spiciest sandwich ever introduced by McDonald's. In addition to the ingredients of the classic version, it contains spicy sauce with spices and habanero peppers in a spicy marinade. However, you will have to wait for this version – it will most likely appear in restaurants on November 26, although the dates have not yet been announced. “When will the next installments of the winter classic appear? Warm, warmer…” – we read in the McDonald's press release.

In 2025, the prices of the Drwal Burger increased by PLN 100 compared to the previous season.

When's the lumberjack sandwich?
McDonald's seasonal deals usually last about three months. This means that the Drwala Burger will probably disappear from the menu at the end of February 2026. However, the exact end date of the sale has not been announced yet.
Fans of this iconic sandwich have a few months to try both the classic version and new flavor variants.
How many calories does a lumberjack sandwich have?
The Medonet editorial team reminds that the sandwich is a high-calorie bomb. “Drwala's burger has 906 kcal, including as much as 51 g of fat, 70 g of carbohydrates and 39 g of protein,” the editors warn.
“Unfortunately, Drwal's Burger is not a light dish, mainly due to its high fat content, including saturated fatty acids. We must not forget that fast food dishes also contain large amounts of salt, which we should not consume too much of.” – they add in the analysis.
