In the Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the director of a municipal enterprise is accused of embezzling funds, reported the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee of the region.
According to investigators, in 2024-2025 the general director “Management of the Communications Complex of the North Yenisei District” renovated two one-room apartments at the expense of the enterprise. Housing on Fabrichnaya and Lenin streets was allocated to her and her mother by the administration. They had to do the repairs themselves, but they used the organization’s money.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft of someone else's property entrusted to the perpetrator, committed by a person using his official position on a large scale).
“The total amount of stolen funds was more than 1 million rubles. As part of securing a court verdict, the property of the accused was seized for a total amount of more than 1.1 million rubles.», — explained in the press service.
The case was sent to the prosecutor's office for approval of the indictment and subsequent referral to court for consideration on the merits.
