Since the beginning of 2026, 339 temporary structures have been dismantled from the streets of Krasnoyarsk, the mayor’s office reported.

The record holder was the Oktyabrsky district, where 135 objects without documents were demolished – hatch-type cellars, kiosks, pavilions and garages. In second place is the Zheleznodorozhny district – minus 100 temporary buildings; in third place is the Sovetsky district, where 40 objects were removed.

Let us remind you that inThe departments of urban planning, municipal property and land relations, as well as district administrations, are involved in identifying illegally placed temporary structures.

“51% of all identified illegal temporary structures are demolished voluntarily by entrepreneurs. The rest will be dismantled by the administration using budget money. At the expense of the budget, the structures are not only dismantled, but removed and stored in warehouses awaiting their owners. During the 1st quarter, more than 700 thousand rubles were spent for these purposes,” noted Deputy Mayor of the city – head of the urban planning department Alexander Navrodsky.

Entrepreneurs who refuse to demolish illegal structures themselves are required to compensate the costs to the municipality. They have up to 6 months to pay compensation and remove their property from the warehouse, otherwise the object will be liquidated, and the owner will be required to pay expenses through the court.

In addition to the fight against unauthorized structures, the urban planning department, together with the architecture department, is working to bring the external appearance of objects into compliance with the requirements and methodological recommendations. Since the beginning of the year, the appearance of 276 objects has been assessed, of which only 77 have received approval. The owner has a maximum of a year to eliminate the comments.
