There has been a large-scale failure of the wired Internet in Russia: residents of several regions report that they have not been able to use the network for almost a day. Large Telegram channels write about this.
Problems are being recorded from the Kostroma and Yaroslavl regions to the Ivanovo, Vladimir, Murmansk regions and Krasnodar Territory. According to users, only resources included in the “white list” of the Ministry of Digital Development are opened, while other sites do not load at all.

Major failures of wired Internet were observed among Rostelecom subscribers in several regions of Russia. This is evidenced by data from Downdetector platforms And Failure.rf.
There were no official comments from the Rostelecom press service at the time of publication. The company did not announce in advance any work that could lead to communication disruptions.
Internet providers explain what is happening as “technical malfunctions”, but have not yet named the exact reasons for the mass outages.
