The Sejm decided on Zbigniew Ziobro's case. He may face charges

First, on Thursday, at lightning speed, the Sejm Rules and Regulations Committee gave a positive opinion on the prosecutor's motions to waive Zbigniew Ziobro's immunity, detain him and arrest him. The 150-page motion was submitted to the Sejm on October 28. And on Friday evening, the Sejm voted in accordance with the committee's recommendation.
On Friday evening The Sejm waived the immunity of the former Minister of Justice in relation to all 26 charges that the prosecutor's office wants to bring against himin connection with the Justice Fund case.
The Sejm also consented to the detention and temporary arrest of the former head of the Ministry of Justice, a PiS MP. This item was voted last. Here the coalition voted unanimously.
MPs from PiS (seven did not vote) and Confederation were against.
