US President Donald Trump ordered his team to negotiate “sewn” commercial contracts with each of almost 70 countries that have reported a desire to conclude a arrangement – said on Tuesday a spokeswoman for the White House Karoline Leavitt. She added that Trump would be “incredibly gracious” if China also went to the system.

As a spokeswoman said during Tuesday's press briefing, Trump ordered his advisers to “share” and negotiate with each country separately. She noted that the priority will cover American allies and partners such as South Korea and Japan.
“It will be tailor -made systems, not from the shelf,” she noted.
Leavitt has yet confirmed that Trump does not intend to suspend the introduction of high duties on US partners during negotiations. This also applies to an additional 50 % duties on goods from China, which will increase the basic import rate from the PRC to 104 percent.
The spokeswoman pointed out, however, that Trump is convinced that China wants to go to the arrangement, they must do it, but “they don't know how to start.” She also said that the president is willing to be “very kind” to Beijing if the first asked for negotiations.
Leavitt announced that the leaders of other countries are constantly calling the White House and are ready to come immediately to negotiate, which, according to her, shows that Trump intends to use its full influence and tender cards. She estimated that as part of the talks, non -harndl topics, such as foreign assistance provided by the US, could be discussed as part of the talks.
The spokeswoman pointed out that despite the earlier message of Trump's advisers, the fact that the president will not withdraw from his duties, focusing on commercial negotiations does not mean “return in the course of” administration policy.
She also referred to the public dispute between Trump's advisers, billionaire Elon Musk and Peter Navarro trade advisor. Musk described Navarro supporting duties “moron” and “stupid than a bag of bricks”.
Leavitt stated that the president would allow his subordinates to further abrasion. “Boys will be boys,” she said.
“El Pais”: Trump's chaos strategy will not spare the USA either
The chaos strategy adopted by President Donald Trump will not spare the United States, which is threatened by recession – commented on Tuesday in the editorial article the Spanish daily “El Pais”.
“Trump pushed the international economy into restless waters, where the United States will not be saved either,” said the daily. According to analysts, on which the newspaper cites, the probability of recession in the US is over 50 percent.
As “El Pais” commented, Trump “uses sharper than expected funds”, and thus “turned the world economy upside down”, leading to “the degree of uncertainty close to chaos.”
“When the stock exchanges begin to tremble, the weaknesses of the system are usually revealed. In this case, these are those that have grown since the 2008 crisis output. Customs increases have potential to transform into a full -size financial crisis,” said the newspaper.
According to “El Pais”, uncertainty and economic confusion, which is accompanied by Trump's actions, are “the worst news in the restless world, with wars in Europe and the Middle East.”
“The positive aspect is that behind the controls of monetary policy (in the USA) there is a generation of bankers who have been managing constant crises for two decades. So it would not be a surprise if new interest rate reductions appeared in the near future,” said the Spanish daily.
