In Krasnoyarsk, members of an organized crime group beat up the ex-husband of their beloved Yaroslav Malinovsky (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, members of Yaroslav Malinovsky’s criminal group brutally beat a man on the instructions of their leader. This was reported to the regional prosecutor's office.

According to the supervisory authority, in 2021 the victim witnessed “unusual” correspondence between his wife and her new acquaintance. The man decided to talk to the stranger and called him. However, the call became a real trap. At the other end of the line was none other than the leader of the criminal group, Yaroslav Malinovsky. Under threats of cruel reprisals, he not only demanded that the man divorce his wife, but also transfer real estate in her favor: non-residential premises and two apartments with a total value of 32 million rubles.

However, the victim decided to fulfill only one condition – divorce. Then, after further threats to “burn the car, break his legs and deprive him of his face,” Malinovsky asked two of his acquaintances to beat the man.

“Having received instructions, the accomplices armed themselves with brass knuckles and arrived at the house of their “victim,” provoked an accident with his car and attacked. One of the participants held the man, and the second threw blows. The victim was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury and fractures of the facial bones,” the prosecutor’s office said.

The defendants insisted that they were not members of any group and denied their acquaintance with the victim, as well as their very presence at the crime scene.

The court found the men guilty of causing harm to health of moderate severity (clauses “d”, “h”, part 2 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and, taking into account the position of the prosecutor, sentenced them to from 4 years 8 months to 5 years 6 months in a general regime colony.
