Krasnoyarsk residents were asked not to believe the fake news about an accident with a new gas-powered bus

The Krasnoyarsk administration called the information about an accident with a new bus fake on gas engine fuel.
The photograph that is circulating on the Internet shows a MAZ on route No. 12, allegedly destroyed in an accident.
“This is the picture that is being sent via instant messengers in Krasnoyarsk. We hasten to reassure you. No new gas-powered bus has ever been involved in such an accident. So this picture is fake,” wrote the press service of the mayor’s office.
In fact, the original photo can be found on the Bus Transport website. The author made it on October 16, the first day of operation of the gas-powered bus on the line. The photo was probably edited using artificial intelligence – if you look at the people in the background, you can see unrealistic faces and illegible inscriptions.
