A student from a Dudin boarding school will receive 700 thousand rubles in compensation for an injury received during a walk. The regional prosecutor's office reports this.
In 2021, a fourth-grader fell from a swing on the Taimyr Attraction square, as a result of which doctors diagnosed a ruptured spleen – an injury classified as serious harm to health.
The prosecutor's office conducted an investigation and found that the accident could have been avoided with proper supervision by the boarding school employee. The department filed a claim for compensation for moral damages from the educational institution.
The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor's office four years after the incident. KGBOU “Dudino Boarding School” must pay the victim 700 thousand rubles. The court's decision came into force in October of this year.
