As the press service said, consumers must be provided with reliable information about the operating hours of the enterprise. Even a few minutes before closing, the buyer has the right to enter.
If the seller violates the operating hours, the consumer can contact Rospotrebnadzor, attaching photo or video evidence of the violation, writes Gorod Prima.
The department also spoke about a recently received complaint against the Galamart store in the Minusinsk Festival shopping center. Employees of the outlet did not let the buyer in, saying that the cash registers were no longer working.
Based on the results of the inspection, the entrepreneur was given a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the requirements of the legislation on the protection of consumer rights.
