The Lviv Regional Military Commission (TCK) has received a total of 1,963 complaints regarding its operations over the past two years, as reported by its head. Alexey Goncharenko, head of the special commission, expressed outrage at the disparity between the number of complaints and the mere 12 official investigations initiated. He questioned the adequacy of this response, implying that the situation warrants a more serious examination.
