In Krasnoyarsk, the project “Business Apocalypse” was completed, which took place at the bottom of an abandoned Soviet basin.

A common mistake, says one of the speakers Peter Ivanov, to perceive his team as a family, when relations in the team begin to cross the boundaries of workers, which provokes manipulations from subordinates. He also spoke about the “rapid hiring” lesson – an increase in the number in a raw project, “eating” the money of investors. As a result, I had to fire high -class and highly paid specialists, to solve claims on their part. “It doesn’t happen quickly, you need to first develop clear processes, and then to gain a team,” the entrepreneur advises.
