- two medium-sized beets;
- two pickled cucumbers;
- 20 g parsley;
- mix of greens;
- olive oil;

Preparation
- Boil the beets, cool, peel and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
- Finely chop the parsley. Combine all prepared ingredients. Add spices and salt. Season with olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Place mixed greens on a plate. On top are all the other ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
