The secret of incredibly tasty and tender pumpkin puree is in these spices. Seasonal recipeBake vegetables at 200 °C for about 30 minutes

Preparation

  • 800 g nutmeg pumpkin;
  • 100 g carrots;
  • 150 g onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.

Spices

  • 0.5 tsp. smoked paprika;
  • 0.5 tsp. salt;
  • pepper.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the vegetables and place them in wedges on a baking sheet lined with paper.
  2. Salt, pepper and pour olive oil.
  3. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
  4. Blend the slightly cooled vegetables with a blender until pureed.
  5. Serve the puree, garnished with sunflower seeds and grated cheese.
