Preparation
- 800 g nutmeg pumpkin;
- 100 g carrots;
- 150 g onion;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Spices
- 0.5 tsp. smoked paprika;
- 0.5 tsp. salt;
- pepper.
Preparation
- Prepare the vegetables and place them in wedges on a baking sheet lined with paper.
- Salt, pepper and pour olive oil.
- Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
- Blend the slightly cooled vegetables with a blender until pureed.
- Serve the puree, garnished with sunflower seeds and grated cheese.
