Cluj University defeated Metaloglobus with a score of 3-1 (3-0), on Friday evening, at Cluj Arena, in the debut match of the 16th stage of the Football Super League, the first of the return leg.
“U” Cluj had an excellent first half, scoring three times, writes Agerpres.
Dan Nistor scored a double (10, 22), from the passes of Jovo Lukic and Omar El Sawy, respectively, but Ovidiu Bic scored the best goal of the match (38), with a shot from 27 meters into the net.
The honorary goal of the Bucharesters was scored by Ely Fernandes (48), the former player of “U” Cluj scoring at the end of a personal action.
The people of Cluj also had a bar, through El Sawy (25).
In the first stage, “U” won 4-1.
The University picked up its first home win of the season, with all four of its other wins this season coming on the road.
