- 1 kg carrots;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 100 ml vegetable oil;
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1 tsp. coriander;
- 1 tsp. ground pepper.
Preparation
- Grate the carrots on a special grater into thin strips.
- Finely chop the garlic and add to the carrots.
- Fry the coriander seeds in a heated frying pan. Grind them in a mortar.
- Add coriander to carrots.
- Add all the spices, apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Stir.
