Layoffs are not planned everywhere

In September 2025, there were no reports of group layoffs in the Lower Silesia, Podlaskie and Podkarpackie voivodeships.

September data from provincial labor offices indicate that the largest reductions concern industrial regions where enterprises are struggling with energy costs, falling orders and wage pressure. Although the situation remains stable in several regions, signals from the largest centers indicate that employers are becoming increasingly cautious when planning employment.
