Beeline is among the best places to work in Russia

Beeline received the “Great Place to Work” certificate from the research company Happy Job and was among the companies with the best results in the country. The certificate is awarded based on the results of an anonymous employee engagement study on the Happy Job platform, which measures loyalty, eNPS, mNPS, employee satisfaction with salary levels, benefits, workplace, safety and more.

The decision to issue a certificate is made solely on the basis of survey data. A company cannot receive a certificate with low ratings from employees, despite having strong HR programs. The certificate is awarded to companies with 61% or higher participation in the survey, whose Happy Index result is included in the TOP 25% of the best according to the industry or Russian benchmark. The survey is completely anonymous and conducted by an independent provider.

78% of employees took part in the Beeline study in September 2025. Over the year, the company's performance has improved significantly thanks to comprehensive internal work. Thus, eNPS grew by 20.6 percentage points, mNPS by 7 percentage points, engagement by 2.7%, loyalty by 7.3%, and satisfaction by 4%.

The “Great Place to Work” certificate was issued to Beeline based on the best indicators of employee engagement and loyalty both in Russia and in the telecom industry based on the results of a survey of employees on the Happy Job platform. The operator is included in the list of certified companies on the website. The certificate has a unique identification number and is issued for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt of the research results.
