In April, Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to free hikes “Palm Sunday”, “Walk across the Sky” and others

The Krasnoyarsk Travel Center invites everyone in April to take a walk with professional instructors and guides around the city and its surroundings.
So, every Wednesday evening it will be possible climb the Second Hill of the Gremyachaya Mane eco-park. You will have the opportunity to visit this route: April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22, April 29.
The Palm Sunday hike will take place on April 5 with a visit to the natural monument Caves Log, the Holy Dormition Monastery and the observation deck “Beautiful Coast”. The length of the hike will be 8 kilometers and will take about 4 hours.
On Cosmonautics Day – April 12 – will take place hike “Walk on the Sky”. Participants will climb the Second Hill and the Serebryanikovsky Viewpoint. On the route you can visit the library, climb to the icon of the Savior Not Made by Hands on the rock and look into the ethno-village. It starts at 11:00, you have to walk 8 kilometers.
On April 26, citizens are invited to the hike “Yudinskaya Valley and the Fifth View” length 7 km.
A April 24 at 18:00 everyone is invited to go on a one-hour city excursion “With Gagarin to Space”. Participants will be told about the first human flight into space, how the name of Yuri Gagarin ended up on the map of Krasnoyarsk, as well as about the space pages in the history of the city.
Participation in all events is free, but pre-registration is required, which opens three days in advance at 19:00. When choosing clothes and shoes for a walk, it is important to take into account weather conditions, terrain and relief. You also need to take food and water with you. Participants under 18 years of age are allowed to participate in hiking trips only if accompanied by adults.
