According to the blogger, such pies are very easy and quick to prepare, and they turn out incredibly fluffy and tender, as if from a bakery. They go well with borscht, soup or tea.
To make the dough airy, do not fill it with flour.

Products
- 400 g dough;
- 150 ml milk;
- 11 g dry yeast;
- 30 g sugar;
- 40 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- a pinch of salt.

- 6 boiled eggs;

Preparation
- In a container, mix warm milk with yeast.
- Add 3 tbsp. l flour and sugar. stir and leave the dough for 10 minutes.
- After the dough has risen, add melted butter, egg and salt. Stir.
- Add sifted flour in portions and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour to rise.
- Prepare the filling. Finely chop the eggs and chop the herbs. Add salt and stir.
- Form the dough into pies with filling. Place them seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave for 10 minutes and then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake the pies for 25 minutes at 180°C.
