Polish security services detained eight people suspected of preparing acts of sabotage in different regions, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Tuesday.

“ABW (internal security agency), in cooperation with other services, detained in the last days eight people in different parts of the country, suspected of preparing acts of sabotageTusk wrote on X.

The Polish minister responsible for special services, Tomasz Siemoniak, mentioned in turn on the X network that “the problem (…) refers to the recognition of military facilities and critical infrastructure elements, the preparation of means for committing acts of sabotage and the direct execution of attacks”.
