“ABW (internal security agency), in cooperation with other services, detained in the last days eight people in different parts of the country, suspected of preparing acts of sabotageTusk wrote on X.

“Operational activities continue”he added, without giving details, writes Agerpres.

The Polish minister responsible for special services, Tomasz Siemoniak, mentioned in turn on the X network that “the problem (…) refers to the recognition of military facilities and critical infrastructure elements, the preparation of means for committing acts of sabotage and the direct execution of attacks”.

According to Polish officials, Poland has been targeted by tactics such as arson and cyber attacks in a “hybrid warfare” conducted by Russia to destabilize countries that support Ukraine in its war with Russia, which has denied such accusations, Reuters also writes.
