US President Donald Trump used a rude expression on Friday during press statements held at the White House alongside his Ukrainian counterpart, when he was asked by reporters about reports that the Venezuelan government had proposed a plan – rejected by the US – in which President Nicolas Maduro would have agreed to relinquish power.
“He offered everything. He offered everything, you're right. Do you know why? Because he doesn't want to f– around with the United States (in the original, «He doesn`t want to f– around with the United States», no)!” declared Donald Trump.

The Republican leader of the USA is not at the first episode of this kind. In June, when he was unhappy that Israel and Iran were continuing to attack each other after the cease-fire agreement, he told a group of reporters that the countries “have been fighting so long and so fiercely that they don`t know what the f– they`re doing”.
The statement made by Donald Trump on Friday comes as government officials in Caracas floated a plan in which President Nicolas Maduro would eventually step down in an attempt to reduce the growing influence of the United States on Venezuela, according to a former official in the Trump administration, the AP wrote.
The proposal, which was rejected by the White House, would have called for Maduro to step down within three years and hand over authority to his vice president, Delcy Rodriguez, who would then serve out Maduro's current six-year term, which runs until January 2031, according to the official who was briefed on the plan but was not authorized to comment publicly on the matter and spoke under the condition of anonymity.
Under the plan, Rodriguez would not run for a full term, the official said, adding that the Trump administration rejected the proposal because it continues to question the legitimacy of Maduro's rule and accuses him of running a narco-terrorist state.
