In total, TV Republika obtained PLN 5.5 million from its viewers. This is the largest amount the station has ever collected as part of a public collection. After the collection, television representatives informed that the money would be used to purchase not one, but as many as three cars that would be used to broadcast.
“As promised, today we purchased a platform for a broadcast vehicle. We are also in the process of purchasing two more. They will constitute two sets, each of which will be able to operate independently,” Tomasz Sakiewicz, president of the station, informed on the X website.

The new vehicles of Telewizja Republika are to be equipped with modern Starlink technology, which will allow for more effective and mobile television productions.
Investing in broadcast vehicles is a key step in the technological development of TV Republika. Thanks to modern solutions, the station will be able to become independent from external companies, which will allow for significant savings. Additionally, the new vehicles will enable broadcasting in hard-to-reach places, which may increase Republic's competitiveness on the media market.

As “Wirtualne Media” explains, the new vehicles will be different from those used by other Polish television stations. Jarosław Olechowski, head of publishers, the cars will operate in Starlink technology, which means data transmission via a satellite link, not traditional transponders.
This will make the vehicles lighter and more mobile, which will allow them to move more easily, even in difficult terrain. The purchase and reconstruction process is already underway. The first vehicle is to be ready within a few months, and the entire fleet within a year.
