

According to his preliminary information, the Russians hit the city with three guided bombs, causing damage to the hospital building and power lines. As a result of the attack, six people were injured, said the head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov.
“Also, some patients of a medical institution in the Saltovsky district received an acute reaction to stress. Doctors are providing the victims with all the necessary assistance,” Sinegubov said.
According to Terekhov, those injured as a result of the Russian strike on the hospital were transferred to another department where they are receiving care.
The Kharkov regional department of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations reported that as a result of the shelling, a one-story garage building was destroyed, a three-story hospital building, an enterprise building and cars were damaged. A total of two fires occurred.
Terekhov noted that the Russian occupiers are trying to purposefully destroy the energy infrastructure of Kharkov and civilian infrastructure.
Context
The Russians regularly attack Ukraine with attack drones, missiles and bombs, in particular, shelling the country's energy infrastructure. Terekhov warned that because of these attacks, winter would be the most difficult for Kharkov and beyond.
