On Monday, the spokeswoman of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice, Agnieszka Bukowska, announced that the indictment in this case had been sent to the District Court in Gliwice. The investigation was conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Tarnowskie Góry.
The proceedings were initiated by former employees of the kindergarten, who sent an extensive notice to law enforcement authorities.
