On December 10, the mayor of Lvov, Andrei Sadovy, reported that the current situation in Ukraine is such that in the next few weeks the city will not be able to supply heating. He said that “we need to wait a little” so that “it will be warm in winter.”
“We are returning to the time when a potbelly stove in the basement is a useful thing,” Sadovy emphasized.
