A drunk driver with a false license was caught in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (video)

In the Kuraginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors detained a drunk female driver with a fake license.

A 35-year-old resident of the Minusinsk region driving Toyota Corona stopped at “Sayany” highway. The police noticed signs of intoxication in the driver; the examination showed a result of 0.181 mg/l. The woman admitted that she drank alcohol a couple of hours before and during the trip.

When checking the driver's license she presented against the database, it turned out that it belonged to another person, and the woman bought it on the Internet. At the same time, she lied to the police that she studied at a driving school in the Moscow region and received her license there.

Administrative materials were drawn up against the violator for driving while intoxicated and without a license. The court sentenced her to 10 days of arrest, and the car was placed in a special parking lot.

In addition, a criminal case was opened against the woman under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Acquisition, storage and use knowingly a forged document.” For this, she can be punished by restriction of freedom, or forced labor, or imprisonment for up to one year.
