The journalist asked what Russia's plan might be to end the war.
“The plan begins with a ceasefire. Not even a ceasefire. The plan begins with the will to sit down and talk, and not stand and fight, using missiles of all types directly against civilians, children,” the Ukrainian president responded.
He recalled that on October 22, Russian occupiers attacked a kindergarten in Kharkov.
