The largest children's football festival in Russia will be held in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, on June 11, the children's football festival “Kopa Junior” starts at the Central Stadium. This was reported to the city administration.
3 thousand young football players from more than 40 regions of Russia will take part in the tournament. The age of the participants is from 4 to 15 years. The organizer of the festival is the finalist of the “Russia, Land of Opportunities” award Andrey Kolomeets.
This year the festival will be held for the 10th time. Its theme will be the BRICS countries tournament. Each team will represent one of the countries of the association. Participants will receive T-shirts from their country and decorate team tents in the national style. After the opening ceremony there will be a charity gala match. Siberian stars and children's coaches will take to the field.
The match will feature 2026 Paralympic champion Alexey Bugaev, former players of FC Enisey and other famous athletes. The gate will be occupied by Vasily Frolov, grandson of the legendary Lev Yashin. The team's coach will be Honored Coach of Russia Alexander Tarkhanov.
The festival will also feature autograph sessions, lectures and master classes from representatives of the football clubs Spartak, Dynamo, Rubin and Zenit. Will end “Copa Junior” June 14.
