Russia leads “a cognitive war” to Romania, “a war with the minds of our citizens,” says the head of the Romanian Army, General Gheorghiță Vlad. He believes that the Russians will not attack our country, at least “not in the next period”, but no scenario can be excluded: “We, as the military, cannot exclude all the variants.”

In an interview with Euronews, the chief of the General Staff of Defense, General Gheorghiță Vlad, said that the launches of drones above the territory of Romania and the wave of misinformation on social networks are part of the “cognitive war” that Russia leads against Romania
