Ukrainian and American negotiators are in Florida on Saturday for the third day of talks regarding Washington's plan to end the war in Ukraine, triggered in February 2022 by the Russian invasion.
The head of the Ukrainian state said that he is waiting for the return to Kiev of his two negotiators, Rustem Umerov and the chief of the general staff of the Ukrainian army Andrii Gnatov, “with a detailed report” of the discussions held with the US representatives.
“Not everything can be discussed over the phone, so we have to work closely with our teams on ideas and proposals. Our approach is that everything must be done to make any measure for peace, security and reconstruction work,” concluded Volodymyr Zelensky.
