Ingredients:
- four boiled beets;
- four eggs;
- four pickled cucumbers;
- 200 g herring fillet;
- 1 tsp. mustard beans;
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Grate the beets, and cut the eggs, cucumbers and herring into cubes.
- Mix the ingredients and add chopped herbs.
- Season with mustard, sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad thoroughly.
