A unique gesture of the White House. Americans honored the Polish pilot

President Karol Nawrocki flew to Washington on Wednesday to meet the US leader Donald Trump. On this occasion, a total of eight fighters flew over the city.

The Fox News station has explained earlier that the F-16 fighters were sent to the pilot of Major Maciej “Slab” Krakow, who died on August 28 during exercises before Airshow in Radom. Subsequent F-35 fighters flew over the White House to honor the Polish-American relations.

“President Donald Trump welcomed President Karol Nawrocki, paying tribute to Major Maciej Cracovian,” said the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

My fighters flew over the White House. Honoring the visit of the Polish president

It was not the first flight of fighters over the White House during the visit of the Polish president. A similar one was organized in 2019, during the first term of Trump, when the then President Andrzej Duda arrived in Washington.
