By 2028, it is planned to create more than 600 jobs at the site for specialists in the field of technological entrepreneurship. About 20 companies will become residents of the technology park. They want to make the first floor of the building a public space. Other floors will house residents. The area around the building will also be landscaped. The technical opening of the Cloud Quarter is scheduled for December 2026. From now on, residents will be able to receive support measures. The official opening is expected for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk in January 2028. “Cloud Quarter” is a joint project of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Krastsvetmet.
