This summer, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the first shift in financial literacy will open at the All -Russian Youth Forum of Tim Biryusa. It will be held from July 1 to July 5, 2025 and will accept more than 500 people on its site.
Recall that the project, on the initiative of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, was presented from the region at the All -Russian competition, as a result of which the region was assigned the status of the “Capital of Financial Culture” for 2025. Preparations for the forum were discussed at the regional interdepartmental commission on financial literacy.
The shift program includes meetings with public personalities, as well as practical exercises, master classes and consultations aimed at developing financial skills among youth. The forum participants will discuss topical issues of personal and public finances management, learn about modern financial instruments and trends in cybersecurity.
As part of the shift, the All -Russian competition “Rosmolodezh. Grants ”, whose participants will be able to present their own projects. Acceptance of applications for a grant competition is open until June 16. Among the partners and speakers of the forum are the Ministry of Finance of Russia, Rosfinmonitoring, the Bank of Russia, the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy, federal methodological centers, large financial organizations, as well as regional experts.
“The organization of a new shift in financial literacy at the All -Russian Youth Forum is an important and responsible step for our region. Active and talented guys from all over Russia will come to us to exchange experience, expand knowledge and create new financial literacy projects. Already today we see great interest from participants, partners and speakers. Krasnoyarsk Territory is ready to hold this event at a decent level, ”said Vladimir Bakhar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Territory.
In addition, at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission, they discussed measures in the field of increasing financial cyber players. An important role in this process is played by the Central Bank of Russia, which is actively developing projects for teaching citizens of financial operations. In the territories of the region, financial access points are opened, which allow the population to receive information and services through libraries and other institutions.
Also on the agenda of the meeting, the issue of the program of long -term savings (PDS), which started in the country on January 1, 2024, was considered. Recall that this program allows a person to form a cash pillow, accumulate for a large purchase or receive an additional income to a pension.
