In Krasnoyarsk there was a city hotline for heating problems. It was conducted by the first deputy head of the city, Alexander Matsak. Representatives of resource supply organizations, management companies and heads of district administrations also took part in the work.

In total, during the operation of the hotline, it received 18 calls. 6 of them came from the Sovetsky district, 4 times residents of the Sverdlovsk region complained about the lack of heat, 3 cases were recorded in Oktyabrsky. Another 2 calls each came from the Kirovsky and Zheleznodorozhny districts; one problem was identified in the Central District, and none in the Leninsky District.

Most often, residents complained about cold radiators in one or more rooms, as well as airy risers along the entrance. There were also complaints about the inaction of management organizations. Specialists began to eliminate the causes of poor heating at the addresses provided on the hotline already during the hotline.

”Within 48 hours, all problems of Krasnoyarsk residents who called the hotline must be eliminated. District administrations are responsible for fulfilling this task, and they are obliged to work with the relevant management companies. After this, follow-up calls will be made to applicants to make sure that the problem has been resolved,” said First Deputy Mayor Alexander Matsak.
