Five secrets

  1. Fry the rice for four minutes in a frying pan before cooking. They should become slightly transparent. Thanks to the frying, the grains are “sealed” and are not sticking together during cooking.
  2. Pour rice only with hot water. Thanks to this, starch will not have time to stand out and the rice will remain crumbly. Two parts of water will need one part of the rice.
  3. Rice can be salted only after water boils.
  4. Add lemon juice during cooking. On 1 tbsp. Cereals will need 0.5 tsp. juice.
  5. Add butter to the finished rice. Thanks to this, it will become fragrant and even more crumbly.
